10 minute phone call asking why you think you would be a fit for the role, asks a bit about you and what you like to do in your spare time. I mentioned I like to explore and take city breaks all seemed positive and was told it’s what the business was looking for but then was dismissed because they said their Saturday schedule wouldn’t be met (they said it was 4 hours 1 or 2 Saturdays a month which after training can be done remotely ) never clarified with me about this just said my travel wouldn’t be suitable when in fact I currently work every other weekend and travel I’m my SPARE time and use holiday allowance in advance if I need to
