The recruiter was late by 25 minutes to an on call she setup, claiming she was in a different call. Asked a few questions on my background and mentioned at the end that they will get back to me after 2 days with an answer. 1 week pass to which I contacted her asking about my status. Instead of a message or a call back from her I simply received the automated refusal email.

6 total interviews in order to pass. Questions were the same for each interview which was very tiring to keep answering. not needed long and tedious process. After the 4th interview, i had to ask what is the status after not hearing back from them for several days. why not having 3 people interview the candid at the same time instead of having so many interviews. there need to be more respect for the candidates time
