Unfortunately, despite my multiple attempts to seek constructive feedback, the recruiter never responded to my inquiries. The unresponsiveness of the recruiter left me feeling even more disheartened and confused. As a candidate, I believe it's essential to receive feedback after an interview to gain insights and improve future performance. The lack of feedback not only reflects poorly on the recruiter's professionalism but also makes it difficult for candidates to learn from their experiences and grow. While I understand that not every interview can lead to a positive outcome, it is important for companies to value candidates' time and effort throughout the process. Effective communication, active listening, and providing constructive feedback can go a long way in enhancing the overall candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.
