Bombarded with multiple automated text messages and emails from the recruitment bot even though the recruiter already emailed directly to schedule interviews. HR is essentially just dishing out interviews in hopes of landing the candidate of their dreams. No updates, no follow ups, no reply’s. Absolute train wreck.

Interview process works with a software, where you first get an email inviting you to a phone screening. In the phone screening, I was asked about salary expectations and my range (which was at market level) was already not an option, and they mentioned it would be lower. After the phone screening, you have the first interview and then a second round, which was the final round. It's very unpersonal because you can never reach out to them since you dont have any of their emails/phone numbers. The interviews were okay. Felt more like a conversation, which is always nice, rather than question after question. I do feel like they did not ask me very concrete interview questions about my skills. I mentioned that I was further in other interviews and it would be great if they could get back to me as soon as they could. They mentioned that this would be a difficult to uphold. I waited around 2-2.5 weeks to hear back and got an offer, this was by phone. I asked if they could send me a concrete offer with the conditions, starting date, benefits, salary etc. via email as I had another offer and wanted to compare my options. They mentioned that this would not be possible within a week ??? but would try their best. I did not hear back from them at all until more than 1.5 months later!!!
