Your average interview process - you get asked data structures+ algorithms questions and write the code on the blackboard. You can get all the relevant similar problems from Cracking the coding interview, for example.

Find the least distant common node (parent) of two nodes
One phone screen and one behavioral interview with hiring manager. Very smooth and quick process. Talked about past experiences on my resume and answered questions about working on a team. Entire process took about 1 week.

What was an important component about antenna systems?
Initial phone screen was straightforward. Interview with manager was considerably more difficult with resume deep dive and technical questions targeting ASIC/FPGA design flow, digital logic questions, and RTL coding. Expect to be questioned in detail about anything on your resume.
