I received an interview application form before entering the next round of interviews. It included many behavioral questions and why i fit this role. I spent few hours completing it before being interviewed for the next round. Later, I was interviewed by an HR from Spain. I was told that I would receive feedback afterwards, and that I could ask any questions before getting the feedback. However, I sent several emails but she ghosted me. It made me feel my time and effort were not respected.
