On top of the manager being about 20 minutes late for my interview I was very frustrated with the advertisement for this position. Whoever wrote this job listing is a master manipulator of words...do not be fooled! The job search is hard enough and the last thing I want to do is waste an hour of my day interviewing for what was described as a "marketing position with excellent managerial training" that turns out to be selling dish at a kiosk in Costco. Let me clarify I have nothing against the position, but what I do not appreciate is the way it was portrayed to the applicant. Be upfront with the job requirements and I am sure you would receive plenty of applicants excited about the opportunity; However, false advertising is a sure way to run off any good recommendation, I would advice anyone I know to steer clear of Vibe.
