I applied online, got a call after few days from HR, she asked about my experience and then set me a zoom call with 2 developers from Polin (the role was in Israel). They were nice guys, but their English language can be better. The next week I got a Follow-up email saying -> "After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience more closely aligns with the specific needs of the role at this time."
