Applied on Recruitment website . They were offering £12.00 - to £15.00 / hr and free training and no experience . Sent them my CV . Got a call to do a one day live video training . Then they forgot me for a few days and then I phoned them and they wanted some background check cert to be able to start shadow training .

Some scotland background check disclosure cert was asked for by phone or e-mail . Ipad , phone and a car a must . Customer service experience . Scheme available for ipad on rent . Every answer from me was coming as '' very good or good or excellent'' , in reply .
