3 interviews. Phone screen, technical assessment, and a 1 on 1 with the Director. All done virtually so no need to worry about going to the Main office. The process took a month to go through and was communicative.

Entrevista
The interview was a fairly long process that consisted of multiple HR interviews (follow-ups), an interview with Salesforce Professional Services leadership (Manager/Director), consulting practical interview, and technical practical interview. I was recruited from LinkedIn and had a really great experience with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Maria, from the start. She was very accommodating and personal and you could tell she cares about her candidates. Talking to Dan and Mark, leaders in the Salesforce Professional Services department, solidified my interest in working for IC. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was genuine and helpful. The consulting practical consisted of a scenario in which you had to gather requirements and suggest a Salesforce solution. The technical practical consisted of a scenario in which you received requirements and had to build a solution in Salesforce live during the interview. Both practical interviews were rigorous, but a welcome challenge because it allowed me to showcase my skills rather than just talking about them.
All in all, it was a terrific interview process and I could tell that they practice what they preach in terms of caring about their talent.

Entrevista
Pleasant and thorough interview process. I really appreciated that the interview did not just focus on what I have done, or what I would do in the role, but also touched on what I want out of my career, and areas I want to continue to develop. I felt very much that they were interested in seeing my fit across the next several years and not blinded by their needs at the moment only.
