Entrevista
The interview consisted of a group interview. There were about six of us that were interviewed and they ask the typical questions on why you want to work for victoria secret and what position in the store would you like to work in. After the group interview, I was asked to come in for a second interview and it was with the assistant store manager and she asked me the same questions.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
