Entrevista
The interview process itself seemed strangely informal and too reminiscent of kids sitting around a lunch table in high school. A group of applicants stood around in a circle answering questions that the interviewer asked. This resulted in the most outspoken people always answering and some not being heard much if at all.

There were no genuinely difficult questions as most centered around situational "what it" questions concerning customer interaction.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
