The interview was pretty straight forward with simple questions such as, why Victorias Secret, What are your weaknesses, what would you do if you saw a coworker stealing, ect.

Th emost unexpected question was what are your weaknesses?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
