Supposed to interview with store manager but she was on vacation so i interviewed with assistant store manager and i got a call back to interview with the store manager but i ended up interviewing with the district manager

Very slow organization, postponed the interview time several times. It gave me mixed feelings.
There were generally standard questions for the position, I prefer more personalized and friendly conversations. But overall, not bad .

2-3 weeks between each contact. Everyone seemed stressed and trying to catch up with their workloads. Each interviewer did not seem enthused about the company and were quick to talk about the struggles.
They do it in Group setting, multiple levels and rounds to go through , very prompt in dcheduling and in communication via phone and via email , fast response time, seems prepared, personable but also they asked smart questions
