Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Victoria's Secret (Eugene, OR) em nov. de 2010
Entrevista
I walked in to Victoria secret, dressed in what I believe was appropriate, Black dress pants, white button up, hair half up, minimal make-up. I was told to wait until HR was ready to interview us. There was 3 of us since one girl decided not to show up. We were the last group that was being interviewed. She led us out of the store to a quiet table outside in the mall area. She asked us simple questions about work experience that you feel you went out and above with, and what was the thing you disliked most about your previous job, all in all we were only asked like 6 questions and the last question was. (Why do you want to work here) I flubbed on that and got all retarded and tongue tied. I had no real previous job experience, and I later received a (thank u note for attending this interview ) But it was the only call back i got on like handing out 30 applications in the mall. :\

What would you feel is a great customer service experience?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
