This was an odd experience, no real questions just wanted to know personal information that made me uncomfortable. The process turned me off and made me concerned for how this company will handle any future concerns with employee relations. I immediately lost interest.

The interview was easy since I been there so long and was just promoted. I believe that it would of been different if I was coming in front the out side.

There are layers of interviews and the final might require flying to headquarters for an interview with a panel of executives. A total of three to four interviews in order to obtain a position.
