Be prepared for weeks for the interview process. Multiple phone and in-person interviews. There was a lot of repeat questions. They do value finding talent over the length of your resumes.

Entrevista
3 interviews with 1st being with HR. Next is with sales manager and then director. Questions were not too tough especially with the director. Work culture is completely relaxed and you could hear a pen drop from the other side of the building. I've never seen a silent sales department operate. All of the people are just trying to deceive their bosses to keep their positions. For the salary it kind of makes sense.
