First interview is virtual, the second is in-person at their corporate office. The address is impressive but once inside it is unfinished, a big empty space with 4 work stations acrossed the back window with only 1 person working there. After the interview be ready to be ghosted. They don't return calls or emails.

Situation type questions. The owner will tell you about how over worked he is, his vision of the company, and he personally has to be in the factory because it sounds like it is poorly managed.
