Overall interview experience was ok. However, their HR doesn't seem to be professional in terms of informing the interview outcome via Whatsapp as the hiring process is usually quite fast. If the hiring manager already knew who to hire, the HR should inform those candidates immediately after the decision has been made instead of purposely delaying the interview outcome by giving similar reasons with no intention of hiring. After this incident, I wouldn't recommend people to apply their jobs in this type of local SME.
