Interview was easy but the Feedback was very poor. 1) I did not wear a Suit and tie so did not respect them (even though I asked the Recruiter what I should wear) 2) Showed old documents from past companies that was public domain, they thought it was poor judgement. 3) They thought I did not understand or review the company (I read all I could on the Web and their web site but most was quite out of date. 4) They are a 'Research Company' but with no sales, not sure how they can survive. They are an older group of diverse persons and did not really understand the V&V process at all. I would have done much better talking to the Engineers than the testers.
