Entrevista
The process was smooth. I went thru 3 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, case study and psychometric testing and as well met an owner of the company which is always a huge plus. No weird corporate interrogation vibes. more of a normal conversation about my experience, what I’m looking for, and whether the role actually makes sense for both sides.

They asked about my previous experience and what kind of role I’m looking for now. They also wanted to understand why Vilgain, what motivates me, what kind of environment I work best in, and how I deal with fast pace or changing priorities. I needed to go to my previous experiences which was a bit difficult to pull out, but figured it out.
The interview process was highly unprofessional. The questions asked were inappropriate. Additionally, the job description did not match the actual responsibilities of the position. Based on this experience, I would not recommend spending your time on this interview process.
