I had 3 interviews with this company all on the phone/facetime. All three were very nice, however the do not respect your time. I hade to take two whole days off of work and speak with them and they can’t even message me back saying that they aren’t offering me. I reached out to all three interviewers on the day I was supposed to hear back from Village Green and they just ignored me. It is not hard to let someone know, yet they are too rude and/or scared to do so for some reason. Not a group that I want to be employed by if they can’t communicate effectively.

Three interviews total: phone, in-person with training team, and Zoom with director of training department Very information process - everyone was very professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. The team asked relevant questions and answered my own effectively. They had friendly banter and made me feel very comfortable during the interview. The director of the department was also very candid and easy to talk to. I felt like my time was respected.
