Sat down with kitchen manager at a table in the dining room. He told me it was a very relaxed atmosphere to work in and that having previous front of house experience is a benefit to being hired. The interview was very easy, he talked mainly about the restaurant and how long it has been in business, where they originated their Key West Chicken (which is FABULOUS, by the way), and asked the basic questions of "tell me about yourself, what are your goals, where do you see yourself in years, what are your strengths/weaknesses." I left with an offer to start the following week. They're very good about working with your schedule if you're a student or have another job.
