Laid back, quick. Basic questions about ability to handle high turnover rates in tables. Asking availability. Was I willing to work weekends and football games. Asked where I had worked before this job. Was I able to work until midnight. Taking a menu test after the training was done

The interviewer asked quick but thoughtful questions. I was able to ask questions in return. Very laid back atmosphere. Went thru the job environment and felt like the pace went well with what I was used to. Fast paced heavy turn over tables.
