I applied online and had a interview via telephone a few days later and was asked for previous experience, my commute and salary expectations. I was then asked to visit the branch for a face to face interview. I got to the branch but due to it being a small practice, we visited the coffee shop nearby. Overall the interview was very relaxed and a pleasant experience. We spoke about lots of different things and it lasted around 45 minutes. I was meant to have a trial shift straight after but they had someone on reception who was fairly new so they felt that they wouldn’t be able to judge me as well as someone more experienced, but the interviewer did mention that he had asked me scenario questions that covered what they needed to know for that part of the process.
