The hiring manager, a long time employee, was very respectful throughout the process. The process was a very long process - several weeks with 5 interviews. They have an in-house lean and CI engineer, so read up on lean management. Even after I informed the company I had accepted another position and dropped out of the long interview process, they continued to be respectful.
