There were multiple rounds starting with Group Discussion on general on going topics related to society and nations. Science field topics concentrating on pharmaceutical Industry. Later one on one face to face interview with little technical related to science topics like generic drugs basic science questions of higher school level. Again there was one more group discussion of filtering the candidates. And final round was with MD and Chairman higher level management. They check your confidence level and your commitment level. They also question you a real time scenario and how you are going to solve it etc. Overall it will be a smooth interview process. Higher level management will truly value your points they make their time from their busy schedule to know about you.
