Entrevista
Welcoming and pleasant staff overall. the job had two phases of interviews:
1) brief meet up with one of the management members to give interviewee an idea of the company (and get an idea of the applicant)
2) longer meeting with two management members - one after another: one over coffee (a relaxed atmosphere to gauge sales and people skills i guess) and one more officially in the office (more directed at determining applicants direction and motive). overall pleasant and relaxed interview process. (although one must dress sharp, as all staff are looking professional as well)

Entrevista
Submitted resume online and got a call a day or two later saying I qualify for an interview.
First interview with manager (talks fast and make you interested in the job and keeps asking if it would be something you would be interested in. Basically selling the job to you. No room or time for questions from your side. Typical sales tactics)
Second with "top sales performer" (declined this stage of the interview because I could already tell what kind of company this was and I wasn't interested. I'm sure this was meant to be a closer that kept you in the job by telling you how successful you can be and the benefits.)
Third with business partner

First step of the interview is you get a phone call where you book an appointment.
Second step of the interview is when you interview with someone on management, I got interviewed with an assistant manager. If all goes well and the person likes you, then will get a phone call confirming a second interview at a certain time and date.
Third step is when you talk to one of the team leads or managers and try to convince them whether or not you are the right candidate. If you convince them you are, then they will give you a good review to one of the owners then you get an interview with the owner.
Last step is selling yourself to the owner and convince them why this is the perfect opportunity for you!
