Thorough and organized. Transparency on both sides, they ask very direct questions. I felt that everyone was friendly and enjoyed the conversations I had along the process. Felt authentic, they wanted to get to know me and see if it was a good fit for their team and for me.

Casual but intimidating due to metrics and pressure of sales. Management intervenes a little too much but makes it sene like they’re just trying to get to know you. It was about an hour long for conversation like then expected at the same time
