Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Vineyard Vines (Stamford, CT) em set. de 2023
Entrevista
I had an initial phone screening with HR followed by two video interviews with the VP of the department I was interviewing for, and then the hiring manager who I would potentially be working under. All interviews were friendly and conversational, no super tough questions. I was then given a design project with 2 weeks to submit.
The design project required a color story, mood board, and minimum 9 original garments, including 2 outfits with a woven top, bottom, and outerwear, as well as 3 knit tops. I submitted the project as a pdf and was not given the opportunity to present my work.
After submitting my work I did not receive feedback and 3 weeks later was told a stronger candidate had been offered the role. Just days after my rejection the job was reposted to my school's career page and other job websites... oop! To my knowledge the role still hasn't actually been filled. Oh well, what can you do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Additionally I requested feedback from the design team regarding my submitted design project, but I never got a response - as someone new in the industry, I would have appreciated some constructive criticism. That said, everyone who interviewed me was very professional and friendly. And in the end I had some new work to add to my portfolio.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Vineyard Vines (Stamford, CT) em out. de 2015

There was a job posting and I reached out about it, and got an interview. Everyone I spoke to was VERY nice. The office is beautiful. It you want a job there you need to understand the preppy lifestyle not just looking the part.
It was slow once after the interview but there was movement in the role which led to it closing and not needing to be filled. I will definitely be contacting them again once there is another opening.
