Worked with them through New Planner Recruiting and things went very smoothly. Was screened by them before getting 2 phone interviews with Vintage and ultimately an in person interview. I was able to meet with multiple team members and ask any questions that I had.

Much of the interview process is to gauge that you would be a good fit culturally and someone that they believe will be teachable. For me there were a couple of phone interviews before I went for an in person interview.
