1. Gathered and waited in the cafe area.Each person checked in where they sat. 2. #Group interview. Ushered into a back room with about 16 others. filled in a few forms and introduced ourselves. Listened to a presentation about the gym, joining process and opportunity. Asked which jobs we were interested in. 3. Practical exercise. Following a demonstration of a short gym freestyle circuit class taken by the head of the gym and PT, asked to get into small groups and prepare to deliver a 4-5 minute session each to out group. Each person had to instruct their group as a test watched by all. 4. Sat again in cafe area. Each person had one-to-one interview for a few minutes with the gym head, and asked what the position interested in was, usual questions about why. 5. Received an invitation a few days later for a second interview having passed the first test. 6. #Second interview. Long chat, very informal, although can catch you out if you relax to much. Questions about competency for the position, why you should be chosen, future goals and interests. 7. Received response by email

I've been contacted by the manager and immediuately got hired, it's been too easy and I immediately discovered why when I started, nobodsy wnats to ìwork for free!! As soon as I started after 1 month I asked to been upgrade as Personal trainer and after 3 days of course I rejected the rediculus offer.
