I applied online which took about an hour after I'd modified my CV and answered a brief application question. I received a call about 2 days later where I arranged an interview. My advice is to arrange an interview as early as possible as sometimes they're desperately trying to fill vacancies. Also, even though I have had the position for a week, it's still being advertised so it might be worth ringing the club to check whether you can still apply.

One week. Had an assessment day which was easy, the people were fantastic, maybe one was so nice but you get that everywhere. So relaxed and calm, they just want to know about you.
