Applied online. Received an email to book in for a VA assessment day. Upon arrival of the assessment I was refused entry as they had reached maximum capacity, even though I arrived 10 minutes before the start. Was given an email to contact the recruitment team but they never seem to reply. Have emailed on 4 separate occasions and all I get is an automated reply.
