Huge group interview first out of second stages. However they asked everyone’s ages which is illegal - and then proceeded to select the younger applicants. There was a definite correlation.

I had a 10 minute phone call to confirm details and then was invited to a interview. straightforward standard customer relations questions, how did you handle certain customers, and what was your approach, tell me a time you gave good customer service. expect simple questions

Entrevista
Normal telephone interview with HR, then face to face with two employees at a local store. Pretty much the same as I've had over the years when I've taken on staff. Can't find fault with the process but am aware that they have different types of interviews mine was the old style. HR then face to face. No Quizes.
