After multiple staff members interviewed me for the role, they did not send a personal note to tell me I wasn’t selected—only a system-generated rejection. It’s common courtesy to send a quick note to the few candidates who made it to the interview stage. Very disappointing, especially when the current job market has been challenging enough for job seekers.

There were two rounds of interviews. One of them was interviewing via zoom with different members of the college academic programs, and then had a second interview where I had to present my design thinking to college academic programs staff.
