I first completed an online coding test on codility. Following this, I was then interviewed over phone for a trading role. The interview discussed elements of the coding test, along with other brainteaser style questions.

Entrevista
First stage is Hackerrank, these were easy-medium leetcode type questions. Second round was HR where I was asked typical motivational questions and one brainteaser. Then two rounds of technical interviews with traders with some more brainteasers and more technical experience questions and some questions about the firm and how they/HFT operate. Did not make it to final round (superday in Dublin).

How does Virtu make money, how would you go about doing HFT, what skills can you bring from previous experience
The first round was just a standard coding assesment with 5 questions. The second round was the HR interview with the usual questions about the company and my past experience. They asked the clock question which many others have mentioned.
