Basic phone screen and then 4 hour face to face interview with 5 individuals, including the CEO and COO. It seemed to go very well and everyone was very nice, in fact, one of the interviewers said to me that they looked forward to working with me. I sent a thank you and a week later a follow up to reiterate my interest but nothing. Unfortunately, they never responded either way, not even a stock "thank you for interviewing with us, but no thanks" email.
