Ritesh Kapadia CEO tried to have an open ended new gen style interview as an untrained old school boomer. Really no direction other than crashing as he just focused on what I didn't know. Additionally kept pressing me for the exact details of a project to which I said I take documentation or use documentation as I don't memorize the exact details to projects. But later goes on to say I don't expect my admins to know everything like they're going to look things up... Very frustrating because he didn't seem to want to actually know anything and was very condescending to me and even about his own employee. Which can be made up because it's Virtuosa a for-good company that does good and they're good for society so Ritesh can treat others poorly.
