First there was an online test after that they shared a list of eligible students for non pro coder and pro coder. There it was mentioned that if a candidate seems they will consider them for pro coder. if the candidates performed good they will give then non pro coder. Wherease in our college they asked difficult questions to pro coder from which I was able to answer half of it. Wherease for non pro coder question were about there hobbies little dsa and java questions like what is opps that's it. And they rejected every pro coder for poor performance but didn't considered any of the candidates for non pro coder role. Wherease our easy questions were also hardest ones for non pro.
