First was an interview with someone from HR. Then about a week and a half later, I had an interview with supervising attorney. Then the following week was another interview with the paralegals. Process was about 6 weeks. The first and second interview were pretty standard, just getting to you know type questions. The interview with the paralegals had more legal questions.
