3 rounds of interviews. 3-4 interviews with managers, directors, and senior directors. First had a phone screening and then a call with the hiring manager (who was a senior director). The entire process took 1 month total.

It was mostly behavioral questions like : tell me about yourself; tell me about a time where you had to make a decision with limited information. What was your approach? / Tell me about a time you had to solve a problem without much direction; tell me about a time where you leveraged data to make a decision.

Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate

The whole interview took more than 2 months, 1 month waiting, lack of professionalism. Interviews were more about information about the job, and why do VP meet analyst candidates? Don't they have better things to do? Aren't managers should be enough? I'm not quite sure - some of the interviewers don't seem know what's going on..... Initial 'interviews' by HR were done in email... they asked your salary expectation, visa status, etc. Very lack of professionalism.
