4 step - Phone Screen (SRE experience, Big data experience) - Online assessment in Python with processing log files - Technical Interview with Team Lead (Kubernetes, AWS, VPC, Spark) - Interview with Senior Leadership

Pretty terrible experience. Applied 17 March, got an email on 23 March asking me about my salary expectations and hybrid remote. 20 April, get a follow up saying they lost my application in a new recruitment system. Proceed with the first technical interview on 22 April which I felt went super well. Nobody followed up with me after. Writing this 4 May. Don't want to be given the run-around so I decided to not go further with the application. I don't want take a job with someone who cannot show even the most basic respect.
