Be ready for a long process, at least 5 hours of interview. First interview was with the recruiter. Although i was not looking for a job, the recruiter sold the job to me. Second two hour long interview with the hiring manager was the hardest. She was asking tricky questions about every single line in my resume. This person was describing the role as very technical role, and made me feel unqualified. I was surprised when they invited me for the third and forth interview. Be ready to do SQL test although SQL is not required for the role. In fact this is not technical role at all.

Entrevista
I applied online, via LinkedIn and got a reply from HR in Canada and we set up an interview. The interview was then postponed twice. Half an hour before the third appointment the meeting was cancelled, stating that the position has been filled. This behaviour is not very professional but at least they have contacted me after cancelling, explaining the reason. I guess that puts Visier above the average nowadays, where most times an application will not even trigger a reply from the company. It seems the hiring industry has gone down a dark whole in recent years, so in this regard, Visiser is one step above the majority.

Sorry to hear about the experience you had through your interview process. Whilst it seems you received a call to explain what happened, we are definitely aiming for much higher than 'status quo'.
