The interview process was relatively brief. No more than twenty minutes at most. It was a 1:1 interview in a conference room. The initial questions were your standard, "Tell me about yourself" type question. Half way into the interview the questions became more specific. Ranging from, "Do you know how to use Excel?" to "Tell me about an experience where you were under pressure to complete a task." The Dispatch manager made me feel comfortable enough during the interview. Overall, it was not a difficult interview process.
