Friendly and very introductory chat and get to know you call. It was a lovely conversation and we got along well but I was warned about the culture of the organisation on the call. They completely ghosted me after the call. I followed up with an email and never got any response or feedback. Never got confirmation that the role was filled by anyone else or that they weren't continuing with my application.
