Applied through email. Received an email about a phone interview a few days later, the phone call was extensive but the interviewer asked great questions and seemed really nice. From there I had a phone interview with the main guy in the office, he asked me more questions related to the position and also seemed really nice. A day later I set up a time and day for an onsite interview. The office is in a nice location in a small but productive office with open desks. I met with the man I talked to on the phone as well as the person who I'd be learning from in the position.

Interview process was pretty laid back at the beginning but then goes into very detailed questions about strategy and experience. Mix of individual and group interviews followed up by assessment.
