My experience during the interview process with Yuki was extremely disappointing. After successfully navigating through several stages, including a technical test where I invested significant time and effort, I encountered a surprising lack of professionalism.
I submitted a technical test with a solution that exceeded expectations, including functionalities and details beyond the requirements. However, during the review of the test, the interviewers showed no interest. I explained the entire solution in detail, yet to my surprise, they did not ask any questions about it.
This lack of interaction during the technical test review was concerning and revealed a lack of preparation on the part of the interviewers. The absence of meaningful questions and the apparent lack of technical understanding from the selection team left me feeling incredulous.
In my experience, technical tests should serve as a starting point for a deeper conversation about the proposed solution and other related topics to assess the candidate's knowledge and skills. However, in this case, the lack of relevant questions and the insufficient technical level of the interviewers were evident.
In summary, my experience during the interview process with Yuki was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend investing time in this selection process, as the lack of preparation and unsatisfactory technical level of the interviewers can negatively impact the candidate experience.

Good experience overall, friendly people.
The technical task was quite ok too but you need to spend some time to do it properly. A good exercise though.
