Extremely Poor Business Practices After 2 interviews & being directly told I was 1 of 3 finalists for the position & being told how much they loved me & exactly when I would hear back yea or nay for either a 3rd/final interview or a job offer... Nothing. - I waited 4 business days and reached out for feedback... Nothing. - And this was for a supervisory/management position! 'Ghosting' at the final stages is simply extremely unethical.
