Quick phone call with their lead designer/developer that was a quick get to know you session. The next round comprised of building a webpage in photoshop for a site that was already being built. Found out the work I had submitted was used in the new site design though no offer or further communication was made even when reaching out directly.

The interview process was very quick and straight forward compared to many others I've had. I was not asked many technical questions if any, but I was interviewing for a junior position. The process comprised of a phone interview which was mainly about personality traits and work habits, followed by one in-person interview with one person, the programming manager, which was very informal and not very technically focused, but I would recommend bringing up technical knowledge even if the manager does not directly ask about it.
